Music Industry Awards 2019
The MIA’s (Music Industry Awards), are the Flemish music awards that are awarded annually by radio and television broadcaster VRT. This year, the MIAs took place on February 7th at Paleis 12 in Brussels. A well-known and great event that you don’t want to miss. Especially because just like in 2014 3D Trophy Factory designed the awards.
And the winners are…
Every year, different winners are announced in different categories. This year BLØF feat. Geike Arnaert won the Hit of the Year. But the big winner was Niels Destadsbader, as he went home with no less than 5 MIA’s! But also Angèle won 3 MIA’s for best solo woman, for biggest breakthrough and for her artwork. Tamino, Tourist, The Scabs, Lost Frequencies and Bazart were also among the lucky winners.
Last but not least: the awards
3D Trophy Factory had the honor to make the awards. The material of the block is Raku-tool CNC milled and then painted. There are also blocks made of oak, for the lifetime achievement awards. The speaker is 3d printed in polyamide and then dyed in the right color. The logo on the blocks is printed with a UV-printer. So, what do you think? Feel free to leave a comment.
