Knokke-Hippique is a 5-star event, which means as much as the highest level of world sport, the Champions League for horses. The participants of the competition are equally famous with family names such Jobs, Gates and Bloomberg entering this year’s edition.

The first part of this event took place from 6 to 9 July. The next event which is called “The Summer Circuit” takes place from 12 to 23 July.

The making of.

The 3D trophy factory team is now in it’s 3rd year as exclusive award partner for Knokke Hippique. The award itself is inspired by a classic sea-side and beach theme, in true style of our Belgian Coast. The 2 main colors blue and white are in line with the event’s house style, resulting in a simple yet elegant design.

Also this year, we’ve created multiple designs for the entire course of the event. For the Knokke Hippique Jumping previous weekend, we’ve made the awards with a 3D printed lighthouse on top. The foot is oak and hand finished with white paint in our design studio.

For the Summer’s Circuit we have a variety of different sizes, with a 3D printed beach chair as the centre piece. The foot is also in oak and hand painted by our talented team.

To accommodate all those international top-class horses and riders, there is an area of over 30 hectares with two huge competition fields in Knokke , where competitions will take place during the day and in the evening. Next to the event there will also be lifestyle shows, live performances and restaurants present.

Knokke Hippique is a summer’s highlight for the equestrian world but also for our team; the awards remain to be one of our personal favorite designs.
