The trophy-making business can be very awarding (pun intended). We make things everybody loves to get.
And we’ve made them for tons of different occasions; business events, gaming tournaments, marketing awards, golf tournaments and many more.
We saw that our clients are keen to make sure their winners have an memorable experience. We’re asked to design the most crazy and original trophies that are handed out in top-notch award shows. When we see the end-result and pictures of the happy winners, we always feel very proud to be part of such happy moments.
Yet in every company, there are hidden winners that also deserve recognition. People that give their best everyday to deliver the best service or product possible. It’s important to remember that a company’s internal audience is as important as their external audience. Employees need to be recognized for their work, this is essential for every exceptional work place.
Awards are a perfect way to express recognition, for the simple reason that prizes are designed to produce more effort, to give people something to strive towards. This is of great importance in every company, because appreciation is a fundamental human need.
Agreed, there are performance evaluations, year-end reviews and touch-points. These are all moments where an employer has the opportunity to praise an employee for their good work, but nothing says ‘thank you’ more clearly then a beautiful, shiny (3D printed) award.

1. A company’s anniversary.
The Belgian company Twikit recently celebrated their 4th anniversary, and because companies have birthdays too, the team organized a surprise party. Complete with decorations, balloons, pizza and a 3D printed award with a real candle, the birthday bash was one to remember.
2. Reaching a sales target.
Reaching a sales target is often seen a milestone. Keeping your staff motivated to do even better next term is therefore critical. With that in mind, we’ve created this simple yet elegant text totem. 3. The annual company party.
The annual company party is thé opportunity to recognize hard-working employees. Think further than the obligatory casino night or black&white party, and organize an award show for your employees.
Take the Viacom velocity awards ; they hosted their own internal awards show, showcasing their work into several categories and a grand prix winner. The event is a yearly celebration that combines a fun evening between co-workers with an exiting award show.
4. And pretty much everything else.
